All DEWETRON systems are calibrated prior to delivery. However, over the course of use, the systems can fall out of calibration and should be re-calibrated annually to ensure the continued integrity of the measurement data. DEWETRON will schedule the first annual calibration at the time of system purchase.
The measurement results of the calibration service provided by DEWETRON, USA are NIST traceable. Our calibration lab is ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 compliant. Calibration of systems and devices is performed in-house using Fluke MET/CAL software. All calibration procedures are recorded in the company CRM providing our support and service engineers with a full history of your system on demand.
Standard calibration service may be extended to include an annual calibration per EN ISO/IEC 17025 and manufacturers adjustments performed by an external accredited partner, Essco Calibration Lab.
Essco is registered to ISO 9001:2008 and is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 (A2LA Certificate #1388.01) and compliant to the requirements of: ISO10012:2003, MIL-STD-45662A (cancelled) and application portions of 10CFR Part 21 and Part 50 App B, 21CFR Part 211 and 21CFR Part 820.
Accredited calibration service is applicable to individual systems and devices.
We know that down time on equipment is unacceptable which is why our calibration turnaround is 14 days or less. We also know that in some cases a shorter turnaround is critical. For those occasions, we offer Expedited Calibration service, all the benefits of standard calibration services, faster.
Expedited NIST calibration can be completed for the next day and Accredited calibration in as few as 7 days.
Scheduling Annual calibration of your equipment will prioritize your devices in the calibration queue and minimize turnaround time.
This service must be purchased with the standard calibration service and may be combined with the Accredited Calibration service.

Joseph has been with DEWETRON for eleven years. In that time he has built and serviced DEWETRON systems, calibrated countless systems and devices as well as managed our Quality Assurance team. Having worked in every technical capacity within DEWETRON, USA, Joe is able to apply his vast technical knowledge to the Customer Care Center as the USA CCC Manager.
Dennis began his calibration career with the US Navy and has been meticulously calibrating precision measurement systems for over 30 years. DEWETRON has benefited from his expertise for 9 years. Dennis is proud to be called husband and father.

Ramaica has recently joined DEWETRON and brings 5 years of sales and customer service expertise to the department. From preparing calibration quotes, answering questions and recommending the perfect service or maintenance contract to scheduling your calibration service, Ramaica is the go to person for all your service needs. Away from the office Ramaica is an avid reader, and health enthusiast practicing yoga, swimming and attending continuing education nutrition classes on the weekends.
