
SIRIUS is a modular USB data acquisition device with eight input/output channels. Finally, real isolation is available! Each base card inside a SIRIUS "slice" can hold eight amplifiers. Amps can be the same in each slice, or you can select from different combinations. Multiple SIRIUS chassis can be combined and synchronized together to create a scaled multi-channel solution.

How many times have you chosen a measuring range to get the best resolution, but then the signal clipped because it went higher than you expected? Dewesoft DUAL CORE ADC technology has solved this problem forever by measuring the signal with a high and low gain at the same time! This powerful technique uses two A/D converters at the same time on each channel. It also boosts the dynamic range far above what is possible with a single 24-bit A/D converter. It's not magic - it's SIRIUS magic.
In addition to the programmable voltage or current power supply for all sensors on the market, the SIRIUS MULTI module also offers the analog output function of the conditioned input signal, or even additional mathematic functions, often used for redundant data acquisition systems. This output can also be used as a function generator to drive a shaker for the structural analysis function (FRF).
There are 2 typical counter functions: gated measurement or pulse-width measurement. Many applications require both counter info and analog data. Traditional systems do not offer the counter information synchronized with the A/D converters. But we use an additional counter to get the exact time of the rising edge of the signal.
Synchronize multiple SIRIUS slices together!
Multiple chassis can be combined and synced together to get a multichannel solution. By using sync connectors, the SIRIUS modules can also be combined with non isolated DEWE-43 devices or DS-CAN2 devices.
Go Stand-alone with the SIRIUS S-BOX
With the S-BOX Dewetron's SIRIUS becomes an up to 32 channel system including an i7 embedded PC running DS-7-SE Software. It can be configured to hold up to 4 SIRIUS slices for 8, 16, 24 or 32 total channels. Each input channel can be chosen from the standard range of SIRIUS modules. Multiple SIRIUS boxes can be synchronized together to create systems with 96 channels easily, with complete synchronization. And this is just the beginning!

Dewetron also offers a single 16/24/32 channel USB SIRIUS system. Here only ONE USB interface on your PC/laptop is required.
